Registration fees:
Early Registration: $400
- Must be postmarked prior to 6/21/08 for the Forensic session
- Must be postmarked prior to 8/9/08 for the Comprehensive Clinical session
Late Registration: $450
For registration after these deadlines, it
will be necessary to call to determine if there is space available. Late
registrations may be accepted up to the day before the seminar starts. However,
there will be no on-site registration.
Payment accepted by Check made out to The Neuropsychology Center. No Purchase Orders or credit cards can be accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Refund of registration fees (minus a 10% cancellation charge) will be provided as long as your written cancellation is postmarked 3 weeks prior to the starting date of the seminar. Cancellations after that time will result in a 50% return of your fee, or the option of applying the fee to a future seminar (minus the 10% cancellation charge). If this seminar has to be canceled for any reason, all registration fees will be immediately refunded. In that case, our liability is limited to registration fees only; there will be no reimbursement for travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.
Travel/Hotel:
All advanced seminar sessions will be held
at The Neuropsychology Center, 9400 North Central Expressway,
Suite 904, Dallas, TX 75231. Click here for a list of hotels within close
proximity of The Neuropsychology Center, Hotels.
The hotels are accessible from
either Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (served by all major airlines) or
Love Field (Southwest Airlines). Taxi fare from DFW Airport to the various
hotels is approximately $50. Super Shuttle fare from DFW is approximately
$30.
